- Internettrash.com is an internet service provider,
"ISP". We provide free homepage services, and other free interactive online
tools to any third party who signs up.
- Members are solely responsible for everything contained in
their own personal home pages. Internettrash.com does not verify, endorse or otherwise
vouch for the contents of any personal home page.
- Internettrash.com has a strict no-spam policy. Our free email
services, don't provide any capability to permit mass mailings to originate from our email
servers.We will immeadiately cancel and ban any subscribers account who engage in any spam related activities.
- Internettrash.com internet service is analgous to the
telephone service company. We are not the publishers of information, we are the physical
online computer service to provide publishing/communication capabailities. We provide a
free online computer service whereby third parties use the service to publish their own
content. We do not know who the third parties are, we do not preview the millions of web
pages that members publish, nor do we verify the content of the third party publisher's
homepages. We are not the police, we are not judges, nor are we the fbi or some other
investigative or finding of fact organization.
- We have no way at all to determine, for example, if a
statement made by a third party subscriber on his or her homepage is libleous or
defamatory. Internettrash.com always cooperates with all investigative u.s. government
agencies, and will provide any information of subscriber when legally requested
- Internettrash.com trys to maintain a balance where we are as open-minded as possible in defense of our members' rights to free speech while also preserving the quality of the community. We also encourage you to join up and express yourself as well! .
We have guidelines & terms of service

promote obvious illegal or other activies that clearly violate our terms of service.
