ST. PETERSBURG, Russia (Wireless Flash) – Russian president Vladmir Putin is putting up with rumors that he’s puttin’ it to newly- crowned Miss Universe Oksana Fyodorova. According to the pravda.ru website, the Russian rumor mill is buzzing that Putin and Fyodorova are an item and point to some amazing coincidences as proof. For instance, President Putin and Miss Universe are both from St. Petersburg and both have experience in the security field and law enforcement. Also, Miss Universe’s picture is reportedly on Putin’s desk. Although Miss Universe denies dating Putin, and even threatened to sue a newspaper that made that claim, she has yet to file the suit. In addition, she admits her current beau is named “Vladmir.”
