Lewis Co. Census lists the following: George Cheuvront, age 18, living
with the John Cookman family. Also a Pheba Wolf, aged 17, listed
with (presumably) her family of Andrew F. Wolf.

Cheuvront Sipe visited this sod house in the 1950's. It was occupied
by a family member, and even in the middle of August was very cool and
comfortable without air conditioning. (And yes, the walls were very
thick)
