Stand in the den, wearing your pink tutu, facing West.

The black carrot of Ra-Hoor-Coney will be on your right, and the white marshmallow of Easter will be on your left.

You will be the great rabbit as you stand between them.

Imagine now that the black carrot is reflected in your right side, and the white marshmallow in your left.

Take a deep breath, and raise your consciousness to the carrot above your head, and vibrate the name "CONEY", which means rabbit. Imagine a rabbit hole running down through the nape of your neck to your heart. Imagine the rabbit running down the hole as a swift white light.

In the same manner, let the rabbit run down into your feet, vibrating the word "THUMP". Stamp your left foot twice as you do this.

Now, raise the rabbit through your body into your arms as you hold them above your head in a great V shape. Vibrate the word "RA" as you do so.

Now, imagine the rabbit runs down into your mouth, and peeks out between your teeth. Hold the first two fingers of your right hand before your lips in the shape of two fangs. Vibrate the word "HOOR" as you do so.

Now, place both hands on your hips, and wiggle them back and forth. Imagine the rabbit nestled between them, and vibrate the word "CONEY" again.

Stamp your left foot twice again, vibrating the word "THUMP".

Now, eat a carrot.
