Whee!

...that's about all I have to say just now, actually.

I may have to look into incorporating a 'blog into this journal. I suspect I'd write more often if I could throw in small observations now and again, rather than feeling that if I'm gonna post anything, I need to write a full-length entry.

Or maybe I'm just fooling myself. It's been known to happen.

Either way, I do plan to move this journal to my own domain in time for its second birthday in about two weeks. Of course, I expected to redesign the whole journal by its first birthday, and that still hasn't happened, so you may want to take this with a grain of salt... on the other hand, I copied most of the site over several months ago; it's just a matter of converting the more recent entries, ironing out the final e-mail issues there, and perhaps whipping up a batch file or two to simplify the uploading process.

Otherwise, I did visit the rest of the family this evening, got drilled on my sister's vocabulary list, had a couple of surprisingly good hamburgers (surprising because I detest hamburgers in general), raided the freezer, stood outside the the freezing weather waiting for the bus. and returned home. And that's it for now. G'night, all...
