- Not bad, only 28 days since the last entry. :-) I think I
may have found a job, but I don't want to jinx myself. I may not
have found a job. I hope I found it, cuz it sounds really cool.
Anywho, I may be getting that digital camera soon, but I won't be able
to put together my new outfits for awhile; not that I've had time to dress
lately anyway. I'm also experiencing a slight personality disorder;
I think I prefer the name Nikki to Vicki. What to dooo? I don't
have a middle name yet, so Victoria may get bumped to the number 2 spot
in favor of Nicoleta. Nicoleta Victoria O'Shea (yuck! That's a heinz
57 name if ever I heard one). I may have to start a poll on my index
page over this one...
6/2/00
- Almost four months without updating this thing. How typical of
me. Alot has happened since the last time I wrote anything on this
page; all of it in the last few weeks. First, I got my Bachelorette
of Arts Degree finally. So I'm officially edjukated and learnt good.
Secondly, I unveiled a new website (which you saw a banner for on my index
page, unless of course you snuck past that?), the TG
Marshals Service. I think it has potential to take-off and go
places.
I'm going to be doing some quick updates to various things, but nothing major. I'm putting off the website overhaul until after I find a job. Which, the way things are going so far, is quite a ways off. I'm also in the process of trying to learn webpage design (i.e. HTML, Javascript, etc.) so this site will look totally different after the overhaul. The change may coincide with a server change. This one has gotten extraordinarily sluggish since I first setup camp here.
Still no pictures, but I found a camera. I just need to get money to buy it! I also need to put away some money for a shopping trip, 'cuz I've come up with some really cool ideas for outfits...and cowgirl hats ain't cheap!
Oh, how could I forget?!? I've had almost 25,000 different/unique visitors to this site since it opened, which was in January of '99 I think. In today's world that ain't alot, but to me that's amazing (my other sites are lucky to get 10 hits in two weeks). And I'm even more flabbergasted by the fact this site has gotten a further 6,000 repeat visits. So thank you all!!!

- I new when I started this page that it was a bad idea. I have this
nasty habit of over committing myself and never being able to finish what
I started (or else doing a half-assed job of it). This semester is
going to be the worst ever. I have to do my senior thesis, I got
a temporary job working for one of my professors, and since I'm graduating
in May, I have to try to find a real job.
I visited the ITG website today on a whim and I discovered that some crazy person(s) actually nominated my site for the ITG Excellence Awards for Best Personal Site. I was absolutely floored. Who ever you are, thank you sooo much; I love you. I appreciate that you took 30 seconds out of your life to do that, and that you found this site useful (unless it was some cruel joke, or you were thinking of one of the other few thousand Vicki's on the net)(j/k). But I do want to extend my thanx and my gratitude to you, as well as everyone who has contributed to this site, and the nearly 30,000 visitors who have dropped in.

- I only have one return left to make and I'm going to do that this afternoon.
But it requires me to go all the back out to Frederick's of Hollywood,
which is a bit of a drive. On the other hand, I can hopefully get
that open tipped bra and the waist cincher I forgot to get last time.
Other than that, nothing else is new. I'm bogged down with tests
and papers right now, so I haven't had time to do anything. I have
emails to return, pages to update...so I apologize to anyone who hasn't
heard back from me.
9/22/99
- It looks like I forgot to post the update to this page last time.
I still haven't had a chance to take anything back yet. I'm really
ticked off though. Staples was having a sale on Webcams last week,
buy one get one free, but they required a USB port. I just found
out yesterday that I have a USB port. I'm so not happy with that.
I tried using my eyeliner the other day for the first time. It is
a lot harder than it looks. On the other hand, I finally got a lipstick
that looks good on me. Now I just need to find a foundation...
9/13/99
- I finally went shopping today. I didn't have as much time as I
would have liked. I only had 3 1/2 hours to do it in. But I
went to almost every store I wanted to. First up was Target.
I got a pair of sneakers for casual wear, a pair of tights (winter is coming
afterall), a pair of thigh-his, and a handbag. I love the bag, it's
one of those mini backpacks, but the back pocket has a lipstick holder,
and a place for cosmetics. It's small, but it holds a lot more than
I would have thought. Next was TJ Maxx. I found two pairs of
shoes, two tops, and two 2-piece outfits. After that, I went to Mervyn's
and hit their clearance rack. I was looking for a pair of tan, or
beige, shorts, but they didn't have my size. So I bought a three
pack of Jockey for Her string bikini panties and some satin sleepwear instead.
Then I went to another Target and got lipstick, eyeliner, some lotion with
aloe (for after I shave), and some eyebrow tweezers. I think I went
to Ross after that. I ended up with three tops, a skort, and another
2-piece outfit. The sales lady was on to me, I think, but she was
a little uppity about it. Then, spur of the moment, I went over to
Payless Shoes. In five minutes I had three pairs: knee-high
boots (for my more playful outfits), a pair of suede sandals I couldn't
live without, and a pair I don't know what you call thems (but they have
to go back anyway). From there, I went over to the mall and went
Frederick's of Hollywood. I was hoping that they would have a ton
of clearance stuff, but they are in the process of remodeling the store,
so they have as little inventory as possible. They finally started
carrying the open-tipped
bra I want, but they only had one left (a 40DD). My brain was
on the fritz, so I didn't get the waist-cincher I wanted, even though they
did have it. I ended up getting another set of satin sleepwear, but
I have to exchange it for the next size up. Finally, I went to Macy's.
I only had about twenty minutes to do it, so I only ended up with a set
of Bali Barely There hi-cut panties and crop top bra, and a four way convertible
bra.
So in short, I went through about
$450 in three and a half hours, got more clothes then I need, and have
to find time to return or exchange a few things. But it was fun!!!
9/5/99
- I think I might have made a mistake last night. I came home from
work, had the house to myself, and I shaved all of my body hair from the
neck down. The only problem is that it was almost 100 degrees fahrenheit
today, and I desperately wanted to wear shorts and jump in the pool.
I couldn't because that would expose my freshly shaven legs. On the
other hand, it looks like I might have gotten away with the garter belt.
I haven't heard anything about it yet, though I am not going to let my
guard down for awhile.
9/4/99
- I've come to the realization that this thing will never be up to date
(as have a lot of other people). My parents and their friends decided
to hold a spontaneous garage sale this weekend. There was a practically
brand new Fredericks of Hollywood garterbelt in the garage sale pile, so
I snagged it last night. I'm hoping no one notices; it was sitting
out there for quite a few months, so if it is noticed as missing, I'm hoping
my mother will think it was misplaced. I'm passed the stage of wearing
my mother's clothes, but I really love that garterbelt. It matches
Frederick's
open tipped bra, so I was going to co-ordinate a sexy outfit with it.
The suspense of this is too much!-)
8/17/99
- It's been way too long since I updated this thing. Even so, not
much has changed. As soon as the public schools go back in session,
I'm planning the hugest shopping trip. I have so much stuff I want
to buy. I've been going through catalogue after catalogue, just looking
for ideas. I can't wait to out there. I still haven't found
either a scanner, or a digital camera yet. I may have to just break
down and buy one (**cringe**). I did get a new computer finally,
so I've spent the last week trying to get myself up and running.
I had to transfer almost a whole gigabyte of files over, including my bookmarks
(so my apologies to everyone who hasn't heard from me in awhile).
4/3/99
- Last night I finally slept in my new chemise. Except for the fact
that I was freezing my bum off, it was pretty comfortable. I can't
wait for it to warm up so that I can sleep in it without my body temperature
dropping. I keep getting requests for pictures; soon, I swear.
Things are in motion. I may be coming into a digital camera in the
near future and, if I do, photos will be my top priority. Have a
Happy Easter!
3/25/99
- I went shopping on Tuesday. Frederick's of Hollywood is having
a spring sale, so all clearance items were 50% of the markdown price.
I got a $30 skirt for about $4.00! Before that, I cleaned out JC
Penney's clearance rack in the lingerie section; I got a satin chemise,
a new bra, and some satin string bikini panties. At Ross, I picked
up a pair of these really tight polyester pants (they make my butt look
spectacular) and I found a pair of red patent leather (imitation) heels
for practically nothing.
3/19/99
- OK, so I'm not that great at keeping on top of stuff. Spring Break
finally! Unfortunately, I have way too much to do, so I won't enjoy
it that much. Oh well...
On the other hand, a girl I work with is looking for
roommates for the summer, and she offered me a room if I "don't mind living
with three girls." (Yeah, like I mind.)
2/19/99
- Geez, it's been awhile. I finally wore panties out in public on
thursday. What a trip. The monday after my last shopping trip,
I went and did a few returns. At TJ Maxx, I found the coolest dress!
It's a black satin tank dress that works for any occasion (not that I have
one to wear it to), and it fits perfectly! I was surprised, cause
I had to quesstimate as I only knew my skirt size. And the best part,
was that it was only $30, as opposed to the $100+ I would've had to pay
at a department store.
2/5/99
- Ah, a weekend! I shaved my legs again; how I missed the smoothness
of it. I wrote another article today on (take a quess?) shaving.
On my trip yesterday, I got some cotton panties to wear around the house;
nothing special, as I don't want to dirty my skimpy lace panties.
I find women's cotton to be really comfortable, unlike men's cotton underwear
which is pretty rough. I'm thinking of wearing panties to school
on Tuesday. I want to go to TJ Maxx so that I can get some silky,
satiny, frillier panties for everyday wear, so that I can wear them full
time. (I have a bit of a panty fetish, can't you tell?)
2/4/99
- Today was the day! I got so much stuff I'm surprised I was able
to get in the door. Macy's just marked down a ton of stuff and I
finally went to a Frederick's of Hollywood. I discovered as I was
trying everything on, that I really want to find someone to share my crossdressing
with, who I can model myself for and go shopping with.
2/3/99
- Nothing new. I went to school and I planned for my shopping trip
tomorrow.
2/2/99
- Well, I updated the webpage today. Several new features (this being
one of them). I have a huge shopping trip planned for Friday (and
I do mean huge). There are only 12 shopping days left until Valentine's
Day, so make sure you get something for that special someone. . .and get
something for your SO, too.
